Burlington Community Financial Center is expanding, and we are looking for individuals who are motivated to become their own boss as a Licensed Insurance Agent! No prior experience is necessary. We have our own in-house training team who will provide you the necessary education and training to pass your State of Massachusetts licensing exams! What we look for in agents is that they are genuinely motivated to better themselves and the lives of others.

 

BCFC believes in giving back to our communities and we do so by providing Financial Literacy Education classes and workshops, for free! We believe that every individual and family deserve to live financially independent, and that financial education is the key to unlocking their future. We will train you to become a financial educator and skilled public speaker.

Oh, we almost forgot! BCFC is an official IRS (Internal Revenue Service) VITA partner location and Financial Education & Asset Building partner! Our agents are also IRS-certified & trained tax preparers. This past tax season, BCFC processed more than $126,000 in refunds and collectively saved our tax clients more than $27,000 in tax preparation fees. At BCFC, we don't just say we help the community, we actually do it!
