WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
Proof of Identification (driver license, state ID, military ID, or any other government-issued ID) for each taxpayer
Social Security card or ITIN card for each taxpayer, including spouse and/or dependents
All W-2 forms received
All 1099 forms received
1095 A/B/C form to verify proof of health insurance
A copy of last year's tax return (2024) if you did not file with us last year
Bank routing/account numbers (if direct deposit is wanted for a refund)
